Folding fitted sheets is all about the corners. With a little practice and our step-by-step guide, you’ll be cornering like a pro!

1. Hold: Stand holding the fitted sheet with the elastic corners facing you. Grab one corner with each hand -inside-out, so the elastic is on the outside.

2. Tuck: Take the corner in your right hand and tuck it into the corner in your left hand. Doing this flips the sheet inside out and aligns the edges to give you two neatly folded/tucked corners in one hand.

3. Repeat: Fold your fitted sheet lengthwise and tuck the remaining two corners into the first set of corners. You should have a long, narrow rectangle with all four elastic edges aligned and neatly tucked into place.

4. Fold: Bring the top third down and fold the bottom third up to create a neat, square or rectangular shape (depending on the sheet size).

5. Smooth: Smooth out any wrinkles or creases and adjust the edges to make sure the sheet is as neat as possible.
